General Terms

Welcome to the bdthgzy platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdthgzy ("we", "our", "platform") and users of this platform ("user", "you"). By using the bdthgzy website, app, or services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the bdthgzy platform. bdthgzy reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published will be taken to mean you have accepted the revised Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The bdthgzy website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Account" — A user's own registered profile through which the platform's services are accessed.
• "Funds" — Money deposited into or earned within a user's account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional benefits or additional credits granted by bdthgzy.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Account Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Although bdthgzy provides a secure and encrypted environment, equal care on the part of the user is also necessary.

• Keep your password strong and unique; do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Use of third-party accounts or transfer of accounts is strictly prohibited.
• After logging in on a public device or network, make sure to log out of your session.
• Be cautious of phishing or fraudulent messages — bdthgzy will never ask for your password via email or chat.

bdthgzy will not be responsible for any loss arising from misuse of an account, unless it is caused by bdthgzy's own negligence.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdthgzy offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The time limit for completing the wagering requirement is stated on the bonus offer page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• bdthgzy reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If an attempt to earn bonuses fraudulently is detected, the account will be cancelled and the balance forfeited.
• VIP programme cashback applies separately and has its own terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of the bdthgzy platform. Any breach of these terms will result in immediate account cancellation.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or incomplete personal information.
• Using artificial bets or collusion to circumvent bonus terms.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or network.
• Using a third-party account or giving your own account to someone else.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content on the bdthgzy platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of bdthgzy or its licensors.

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without written permission from bdthgzy is prohibited.
• Game software is owned by the respective provider companies and their own licence terms apply.
• Any information or content submitted by users may be used by bdthgzy to improve its services.

Changes to Terms

bdthgzy reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.

For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform. However, continuing to use the platform after a change will be taken to mean you have accepted the new terms.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between bdthgzy and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion.

13.1 Complaint Process

For any complaint or dispute, please first contact us via our 24/7 live chat support or by email. We will aim to provide an initial response within a maximum of 7 business days.

13.2 Resolution Method

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through a neutral mediator. Following this process is mandatory before proceeding to court.
